Wienerberger Showroom

Wienerberger, the leading provider of wall, roof and landscaping solutions, has invested significantly in a 227m² showroom in Belfast, which showcases the full range of products from Wienerberger, including industry favourites Corium and Porotherm.

• The new showroom will offer over 1000 products to the New Build and Repair, Maintenance and Improvement (RMI) markets and will utilise Wienerberger’s existing experienced footprint
• Forming part of its on-going dedication to expanding and improving its offering to the Irish market, Wienerberger has created a space for the Ireland sales team to meet with customers including architects, housing developers and merchants
• The new showroom, based in Mallusk, will offer visitors from across the country a hands-on experience, where they will be able to view and handle Wienerberger’s products and range of colours on offer, as well as being able to see how the range works together to form a complete building solution

Gary Blair, Associate Sales Director – Ireland at Wienerberger, commented:

The significant investment in the showroom is part of our ongoing dedication to expanding and improving our offering to the Irish market. The new site is a former car showroom, which benefits from a large expanse of windows and plenty of natural light, to show the Wienerberger product range in a clean and bright setting. The facility will also afford us the potential to open a training centre on the same site later in the year.

While we have had a presence in Ireland since January 2010 as Wienerberger, we are delighted to be able to open the showroom during otherwise difficult times, further supporting the local economy and our customers. We understand that, in tough economic conditions, we need to bring value to our customers, which is exactly what we’re doing here. We would like to thank local contractors MountainView and Event Exhibition who have made the showroom possible, and are looking forward to welcoming customers moving forward.

Keith Barker, Commercial Director at Wienerberger, added:

With the outlook for the construction industry in Ireland remaining subdued, Wienerberger believes it must invest in bringing its range of innovative products and building solutions to a wider customer base. The showroom is part of this investment and it allows our customers to access the latest products and technologies, which will improve their ability to secure new business, and improve the service afforded to their existing customers. The new showroom is designed to improve the competitiveness of our customers by showcasing all of Wienerberger’s building technologies under one roof.
