SIG Launches Range of Zinc & Copper Rainwater!

Rainwater Systems - Down Pipes - Zinc Roofing - Roofing Materials

SIG Gutters

SIG Zinc & Copper has launched its new Gutters & Ancillaries catalogue which you can download from www.sigzincandcopper.co.uk This 16 page brochure is packed with NedZink’s most popular ranges, Nova, Noir and Naturel, comprising gutter systems and rainwater downpipes.

There’s also a corresponding range of copper systems. Sundries are also available to complete the job down to the finest detail, whether it’s a new build and refurbishment project.

Simon Walker SIG Zinc & Copper’s category manager said: ‘Zinc and copper finishes offer that touch of class to slate and tile jobs on ‘top-end’ homes and properties.

“These hard metals come from mother earth herself and so they fit in extremely well with other materials such as stone, natural slate and brick. Over time, they both ‘weather’ for form unique natural patinas which increase both their real beauty and life span. Zinc and copper are both 100% recyclable and benefit from that that all-important BREEAM rating known as ‘Excellent.”

“Depending on the quality chosen, your customer will have a ‘fit and forget’ solution which will last between 30 to 40 years maintenance-free, other than spot of clearing of gutters that is. PVC alternatives are well known for ‘creaking’, especially in sunlight, and easily become brittle over time. Zinc offers good looks that can easily be compared to cast iron, at a much better price.”

SIG Zinc & Copper was launched at EcoBuild 2013 in a partnership with Netherlands manufacturer, NedZink and metal processing expert Steadman & Sons (a fellow SIG company).
