Siemens Building Technologies - New SWING Wireless Fire Detection System from Siemens Cerberus PRO

Wireless Fire Detection Systems - Fire Detection - Fire Alarms

Siemens Fire Detection

SWING is the first radio fire detection system on the market that uses the innovative mesh technology ensuring safe wireless communication. This is combined with ASAtechnology™ (Advanced Signal Analysis) which virtually eliminates false alarms while still offering the earliest reliable smoke detection). It is able to distinguish between real fires and deceptive phenomena (e.g. cigarette smoke, steam, aerosols, exhaust fumes, dry ice, dust…even burnt toast) providing reliable, fast detection and ensuring no possibility of false alarms.

The SWING range is ideally suited for use in rooms or buildings of historical value, with aesthetic or architectural restrictions, or for temporary installations. Thanks to the wireless technology, devices can be quickly and freely positioned and moved if required. This facilitates planning, allows for cost efficient installation and offers a high level of freedom and flexibility should room usage or building usage change in the future. The SWING system can be easily integrated into a Cerberus PRO system. Up to 16 gateways can be connected on one C-NET loop or stub.
