Pentair Thermal Management has recently been specified by MTT Limited, one of London’s major Sustainability and Engineering practices, to provide its Raychem HWAT self-regulating heating cable for hot water temperature maintenance at 375 Kensington High Street. A flagship development by St Edward, that offers a range of high spec one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses.

Located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, 375 Kensington High Street offers a selection of luxurious one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses. Each home combines the finest quality materials with the highest levels of design and the latest innovations in technology to create the very best in modern city living.

Raychem HWAT heat tracing cables are designed to maintain hot water pipes at set temperatures, keeping the temperature constant on the entire pipe length without risk of overheating. They have an extremely long life cycle and their cut-to length feature makes them simple to install.

The system, which benefits from a ten year product warranty, was installed by Jointing Technologies, one of the UK’s leading distributor of Raychem trace heating systems.
